1、 The normal shelf life for purchasing and transporting packages on behalf of others is 90 days (approximately 3 months), calculated from the order status of "already in warehouse". If the package waybill is not submitted or no feedback is provided after 90 days, it will be considered as abandonment of the product. We will uniformly destroy expired products.
2、 The deadline for abnormal packages (i.e., if the package is signed for first but the order has not been submitted or the logistics information has not been completed) is 60 days, calculated from the order status of "signed for". Due to the inability of such packages to match the relevant orders and users, a reminder cannot be given. Overdue by Eastmallbuy will be considered as abandonment of storage and destruction.

During the storage period, Eastmallbuy is responsible for storing the goods and assuming corresponding responsibilities, but the shelf life of the goods is not within the storage scope (for example, perishable items have a shelf life of only one month).
