What should I do if I find a problem with the product after receiving it?

1. Regardless of whether obvious damage or torn marks are found on the outer packaging, the goods must be inspected in front of the courier before signing for delivery, and a note should be made on the waybill before signing for delivery, or if there are any issues, the signature should be refused directly;
2. If the package that has not been signed for in front of the delivery person is damaged or missing, please keep the outer packaging box (including the sealing tape) and provide feedback to the local post office within 2 days after signing for it (based on the delivery time on the logistics provider's website). Please also provide information such as goods invoices and physical photos to contact us to apply for compensation from the post office for you
3. When the goods purchased on your behalf have quality problems after a period of use, as long as the goods are still within the warranty period and have the original purchase voucher and the quality assurance card, you can entrust 123buy to contact the merchants in Chinese Mainland for return/replacement;
1) Due to each seller/manufacturer's unique principles and methods for handling product quality issues (as indicated in the product quality assurance card), eastmallbuy cannot guarantee that the manufacturer can fully meet your requirements, but will do its best to strive for your interests and satisfy you.
2) Eastmallbuy provides this agency service without any service fee, but you are responsible for the round-trip shipping of the goods. Eastmallbuy reserves the right to refuse to act as an agent for goods that do not meet the quality assurance requirements.
We will not accept the product you request for return or exchange if any of the following situations occur:
1. The product has been exchanged, its original appearance has changed, or the parts have been lost;
2. Products that have been unpacked, such as software packages, CDs, DVDs, cassette tapes, etc;
3. Products without original purchase vouchers.
4. If there are issues with missing, damaged, or defective products, please contact customer service within 72 hours after signing for the package. If the package is overdue, it will not be accepted.
The pictures required for applying for after-sales service
1. If the product is damaged or has a large area of stains, please take photos of the damaged or stained areas and upload them

2. The size of the received product does not match the size you purchased. You need to take a photo of the product with a size label and upload it (if there is no size label for the product, it cannot be verified)

3. If the received product does not match the style of the product you purchased, you need to take a photo of the overall product and upload it

4. If the item is missing, first provide the order number for the missing item. Then, take a picture of the front of the package sheet you received, the unpacking area of the outer packaging, and the weighing image of the item and package, as shown in the picture, and upload it
5. If the package received is incorrect
Please take photos of the receipt of the package and the items inside, and provide the ID of one of the items received
6. If the weight of the package you received is incorrect: please weigh the package before opening it and upload the weighing image
