Compensation standard for package delivery:
Our company will not compensate for any loss, shortage, damage, or delay caused by non company reasons during the mailing process. We shall not be liable for indirect losses or unrealized benefits. Please refer to the package compensation standard for details
The following situations do not assume liability for compensation:
1. Due to force majeure (excluding insured emails).
2. If the delivered items violate the prohibition or restriction regulations, and are confiscated by the competent authority or dealt with in accordance with relevant regulations.
3. When submitting, the email package is intact without any signs of disassembly, and the weight is not reduced, but the internal parts are short or damaged.
4. The recipient has signed for it according to the prescribed procedures.
5. Due to the customer's responsibility or the nature of the item being sent, resulting in mail loss or delay.
6. The customer has not inquired and has not requested compensation from the date of submitting the email until the expiration of the inquiry period.
7. International mail is detained, confiscated, or destroyed by the sending country in accordance with its domestic laws and regulations.
Prohibited items
Items prohibited from mailing
1. Articles prohibited from circulation or delivery by national laws and regulations;
2. Explosive, flammable, corrosive, radioactive, and toxic hazardous materials;
3. Reactionary newspapers, books, windows, or obscene materials;
4. Various currencies;
5. Articles that are harmful to public health;
6. Items that are prone to decay;
7. Live animals (excluding bees, silkworms, and leeches whose packaging ensures the safety of delivery and staff);
8. Improper packaging that may endanger personal safety, contaminate or damage other mail equipment;
9. Other items that are not suitable for mailing conditions.
Postal practice prohibits delivery
1. The nature of the item or its packaging is suspected of harming postal service personnel or contaminating mail or postal equipment.
2. Items with sharp edges such as metal buttons used for sealing may hinder email processing.
3. All types of firearms, ammunition, explosive materials, flammable materials, perishable materials, radioactive elements and containers, strong poisons, anesthetics, biochemical products, and infectious materials.
4. Various publications, promotional materials, printed materials, etc. that pose a threat to social security and stability, as well as obscene materials.
5. Various items that harm public health.
6. A file or item that the other party is prohibited from entering or circulating.
7. In addition to the general regulations mentioned above, relevant regulations of the customs department should also be followed.
Postal regulations in Taiwan prohibit delivery
1. The nature of the item or its packaging is suspected of harming postal service personnel or contaminating mail or postal equipment.
2. Items with sharp edges such as metal buttons used for sealing may hinder email processing.
3. Flammable, explosive, or other hazardous materials. However, if the filing agency uses special methods to package and send perishable biological materials to each other, and the relevant competent department issues a transportation certificate, it is not subject to this restriction.
4. Live animals. But bees, silkworms, leeches, parasites sent to each other by filing agencies, or insects used to eliminate pests are not subject to this restriction.
5. Radioactive materials.
6. Opium, morphine, and other anesthetic substances. However, if a transportation certificate is issued by the relevant competent department or a document is prepared by judicial authorities or police agencies for the purpose of litigation evidence, and it is used as a insured or declared value package to be sent to each other, or as a insured package for medicine or scientific research, and is approved by the delivery bureau, it is not subject to this restriction.
7. Obscene and indecent materials or objects that harm the public. However, if it is certified in writing by judicial authorities or judicial police agencies as evidence for litigation purposes, it shall not be subject to this restriction by sending registered letters or packages to each other.
8. A file or item that is prohibited from entering at the destination.
9. The relevant regulatory authorities in Taiwan prohibit the sale and manufacturing of files or items. However, if it is certified in writing by judicial authorities or judicial police agencies as evidence for litigation purposes, it shall not be subject to this restriction by sending registered letters or packages to each other.
10. Lottery and lottery related advertising flyers. However, if it is certified in writing by judicial authorities or judicial police agencies as evidence for litigation purposes, it shall not be subject to this restriction by sending registered letters or packages to each other.
11. Other prohibited items stipulated by laws and regulations.
